RESOLUCION JEF A TURAL
Nº 100-2006-INDECI 13 de febrero del 2006
Visto, el Informe Nº 023-2005-INDECI (13.0) de la
Direccion Nacional de Educacion y Capacitacion, de fecha 6 de febrero del 2006; mediante el cual se remite la relacion de los participantes que aprobaron el Curso de
Capacitacion de Inspectores Tecnicos de Segur Inspector idad en
Defensa Civil, aptos para su reconocimiento y autorizacion; y ,
CONSIDERANDO:
Que , el Reglamento de Inspecciones Tecnicas de
Seguridad en Defensa Civil, aprobado por Decreto
Supremo Nº 013-2000-PCM; modificado por el Decreto
Supremo Nº 100-2003-PCM y Decreto Supremo Nº 074- 2005-PCM, establece entre otros aspectos, los organos competentes, las condiciones para ejecucion de las inspecciones, asi como los requisitos para la obtencion del reconocimiento y autor izacion del Inspector Tecnico de Seguridad en Defensa Civil;
Que, conforme se establece en el referido
Reglamento, el reconocimiento y autorizacion del
Tecnico de Seguridad corresponde a las personas que habiendo cumplido con los requisitos contemplados en los Arts. 40º y 41º, hayan sido presentados al Curso de Capacitacion para Inspectores
Tecnicos de Seguridad en Defensa Civil, por los Organos del SINADECI y hayan aprobado el mencionado curso;
Que, la Direccion Regional de Defensa Civil de Lima
Callao ha llevado a cabo un Curso de Capacitacion para 3 7
